Meet Chuck and Karen Minish, Owners of Kreative Koncepts
Chuck's passion in the promotional products business began in 1996 as a sales rep in Orlando. Chuck quickly realized he had found the right fit with advertising specialties. Not only could he utilize his creative abilities, but he also found the promotional products industry to be a fun and rewarding business. In 2000, Chuck and Karen decided to venture out on their own. From humble beginnings in their garage, they quickly became a recognized leader in their association earning awards for consistent sales volume. The Kreative Koncepts team has enjoyed this success because of their commitment to helping companies of all sizes achieve their marketing goals through successful branding of their logo while also providing their clients with extra-ordinary service
As the President of Kreative Koncepts, Chuck Minish is known for his enthusiasm, boundless energy and engaging smile. He was raised in Asheville, North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Charlotte. Chuck is an avid Bucs, Lightning and Rays fan and enjoys visiting baseball stadiums throughout the US with his son JT during the summer.
Karen Minish serves as CFO for Kreative Koncepts. Her passion for details has provided many of the ideas, systems and procedures that help the company run efficiently and effectively. Karen is also actively involved in managing the company store and kitting programs. Her years as a teacher in the Orange and Seminole County Public School Systems in Central Florida has provided her with unique insight into the needs of those industries. Karen is a native Floridian who is active in their church and community when not engaged in family activities.
JT Minish is our Office Manager. His goal is to ensure that all customers are quickly and properly accommodated while providing information regarding our products, services, and other inquiries. JT worked in management in the hospitality industry before joining Kreative Koncepts in 2021.
Blake Erickson is a Sales and Marketing Associate who joined the Kreative Koncepts team in early 2022. With a passion for writing and film, Blake uses his creativity to offer new ideas and solutions to our customers. Along with sales and marketing, Blake also works directly with customers to ensure their promotional product needs are met.
Our in-house designer, Donna Speers has been working with businesses for over 30 years designing logos, menus, brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces and other branding material. If you have a logo or other artwork that needs cleaning up, she's the creative genius we turn to for help. Donna is also available to create custom artwork just for your company. Her specialty is creating a unified company brand. This is done by designing each and every marketing piece to coordinate into a fluid vision of your company and your message. Valerie Springfield has been in sales and marketing for most of her career. As a successful entrepreneur, she has always enjoyed the challenge of thinking outside of the box, visualizing the big picture, and lining out the steps and procedures needed to achieve company goals. Though business keeps her very busy, her two children — and new grandaughter — are her priority. Valerie coordinates the KK Promo Products online marketing campaigns and sales programs plus all of our Kitting Projects.
There are a number of other people who work alongside us that also contribute to our success. Our graphic designers, printers, etc are all a group of dedicated and respected KK Team members.
